In medieval Salerno, the apothecarius kept a narrow shelf. Every bottle was a decision. A clinician who stocked too many — or anything that did not work — lost her reputation. We keep the same standards. Vitae will only recommend what we already recommend in the clinic. If it is on this page, we use it ourselves. If it is not on this page, we have thought about it and decided not.
