No Fake Release Date
We will not tell you “Coming Fall 2025!” and then disappoint you. When Volume I is ready, we will announce it, print it, and ship it. Until then, silence.
“Ad vescentes, patientia.”For those who wait, patience.
The Quintivium is a twelve-volume work in active authoring. Volume I (Kindergarten, Wonderfully Made) is the first to release. Reserve your copy below and receive it the moment it is ready. We will never charge you today, and we will never promise a date we cannot keep.
A medieval scriptorium was the writing room of a monastery, where books were produced one folio at a time by Benedictines who considered copying a form of prayer. They were notoriously slow and famously careful. We will be both of those things. This page is not a store — the store is not yet open. It is a reservation list held inside a scriptorium.
No payment today. No spam. You will hear from us twice: once to confirm, and once when Volume I is ready.
We will not tell you “Coming Fall 2025!” and then disappoint you. When Volume I is ready, we will announce it, print it, and ship it. Until then, silence.
Reserving is free. When Volume I releases, you will have the chance to purchase at the waitlist price. You can decline. That is the only transaction.
The Quintivium is a Catholic text, RSV-CE-anchored, Theology-of-the-Body-informed. If that is not what you are looking for, this list is not for you. We would rather you know now.
“Write the vision; make it plain upon tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its time; it hastens to the end — it will not lie. If it seem slow, wait for it; it will surely come, it will not delay.”Habakkuk 2:2–3 · RSV-CE
Dear reader
The volume you are reserving is being written by two people: my husband Zeus and me. He writes at night after the children are asleep; I write on the days I am not in the clinic. Every chapter gets drafted, then checked against Scripture, then checked against current pediatric evidence, then rewritten, then read aloud, then rewritten again.
We are writing a book we wish had existed when our own children were small. Because we want it to be good, it will take exactly as long as it takes. Because we want it to be accurate, we will not cut corners. Because we want your children to read it one day as though it had always existed, we will write it like it will.
Thank you for being on this list. The scriptorium is quiet most of the time. It is louder when we know you are waiting.
Dana & Zeus Rodriguez
